The Cottages at Columbia Village is located on the East side of Boise at 3521 E Lake Forest Dr-across from the Simplot Soccer fields. We have four small homes here that converge on a beautiful central courtyard. Our residents and families love this beautiful courtyard where residents can relax in a quiet, safe environment. The Cottages at Columbia Village offers both assisted living and memory care. Our compassionate caregivers are specially trained to care for seniors who need a little extra help and those with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia that require personalized care. Respite and Adult Day Care are also available. Each of The Cottages assisted living homes is licensed by the State of Idaho. The monthly base rate for Columbia Village start at just $3600 for Assisted Living and $4500 for Memory Care.
Bri Melendez is the Executive Director of The Cottages at Columbia Village. Along with her Idaho State Adminstrator’s license, Bri is certified with essentiALZ through the Alzheimer’s Association. Bri Melendez has cared for seniors since 207. She moved to Idaho from Hawaii in 2016. She loves making connections with her residents and their families. Like most of our leaders, Bri worked as a caregiver before earning her administrative license. She exemplifies Polynesian cultural beliefs about respect for elders and cares for every resident like her own family.
When Bri is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and crocheting.
