The Cottages of Middleton offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care. It is located on Main St. on the corner of Main and Cemetery Rd. The Cottages of Middleton has compassionate caregivers who are specially trained to care for seniors with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia that require personalized care. Respite and adult day care are also available. The monthly base rate for our new Assisted Living home is $4300 and our renovated Memory Care is $4500.
Each of The Cottages homes is licensed by the State of Idaho.
Maddi Thweatt is the Executive Director of our Middleton homes. Maddi has a B.S. in Biology with a pre-medical concentration and she has worked in senior care for 5 years. Maddi has a special place in her heart for seniors because she was raised by loving grandparents who guided and encouraged her in all aspects of her life.
In Maddi’s spare time, she loves spending time with her fiancé and two dogs. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, camping, riding her razor, snowmobiling and gardening.
