A Message From Our President, Mark Maxfield
The Cottages - Comfort and Dignity
Residents Feel They Are Home
At The Cottages, we promote an atmosphere where our residents feel like they are in a real home; where they are not intimidated by large numbers of residents; where they can smell and watch their food being prepared in our kitchens; where they can dine in a family setting with their fellow residents.
Assisted Living at its Best
Our homes are designed with one objective overriding all else-the comfort and dignity of each resident. Spacious bedrooms and private bathrooms with individual climate controls and call systems are provided to a maximum of 16 residents per home. Our residents can enjoy the large screen television with fellow residents in the living room or watch cable television in the comfort of their own rooms. Nutritious home cooked meals are prepared every day in our residential style kitchen within steps of each resident's bedroom door. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and living room and helps to make our residents feel at home. We strive to make our residents feel comfortable and welcome you to "Come home to The Cottages."
Feel Pampered And Special
Our lady residents can look forward to a weekly visit from a beautician who sets up shop at our beautician station to help our ladies feel pampered and special. Step inside one of our homes and you will see a piano that isn't there just for looks. It's for regular in-house entertainment or for the use of our residents. We even pay special attention to use decorations from our residents' generation that remind them of home. Everything we do at The Cottages is to make our residents feel at home.
