Doris, Ambassador/Former Administrator at The Cottages
The Cottages would like to congratulate Doris on her 16 year work Anniversary! Doris was The Cottages very first employee. She started off as The Cottages of Emmett’s Administrator. We asked her why she has stayed with The Cottages for 16 years. According to Doris, “Mark reminded her of her son and was like a gentle teddy bear. She has loved it ever since she’s been here. She has felt appreciated. She loves the families and residents. Mark makes her feel appreciated and part of the team. Her goal is to make a difference in people’s lives and he has allowed her to do that, and that is why she’s been here for 16 years.”
